Avenida Monsenor

Avenida Monsenor Rivero, also known by the locals as just "Monseñor", is another popular nightlife spot in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. This street hosts a line of cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars.

Monseñor is popular among the older crowd that come to relax and sit outside in patios. Locals like to come here during the evening and order some drinks or snacks. Many gather here with friends or family and socialize at the cafés and restaurants with sidewalk seating.

Avenida Monsenor Rivero is located about seven blocks north of the main plaza between the first and second anillos (rings), next to the giant El Cristo statue.
